This is my second year making reservation with my family in this place. I really love it, the place is clean and neat. Everything is close by if you want to shop or walk to the beach.

The pool was fantastic. Loved the location. Friendly staff and guest. Very clean and the elevators were a life saver. The property itself is well managed and the staff are very helpful. I will definitely consider this option on my next visit with Grandkids.

Our a/c unit went out. I called at 9 o'clock that night. They didn't come check on it until 8'clock the next morning. We slept in the heat.

We have enjoyed staying at Casa Del Mar since the late 80s. We've never been disappointed with the excellent customer service. The location is perfect, close to all the main things to see & do, Minutes from The Strand, a number of great restaurants and across from the beach. Every room has view of the beach. We flip a coin to decide is we want to book a room to see the sunrise or sunset. We usually chose the east side to be closest to the swimming pool & hot tub. Perfect end of the day shopping The Strand zipping down to that hot tub. I am married to a retired veteran and the handicap parking & elevators are conveniently located at the north n south ends of the building access whether we choose the east or north wing. We're actually looking forward to returning, hopefully, for a Valentine's Day get-a-way. We'll see you then! Sincerely, Mr & Mrs Zingerman

Location was perfect. Right across from the beach. Condo was clean. Property was clean, well maintained. Pools sparkling clean. Staff friendly. Security on patrol. Felt safe. Balcony view of beach, nice breeze. Highy recommended

The price and location are great. It is right by the beach and close to many hot spots. I would recommend this place for small groups.

I loved the balcony looking over the ocean they should invest in a tall table for outside for your coffee time nowhere to sit your drink and better pillows for the couch but this is our second time in casa del mar we had a wonderful time
